We are a semi-literate Native American folklore roleplay set in modern times where you will play as humans blessed with a spirit animal or cursed with the plight of the demonic creature known as the Wendigo. SETTING Wendigo takes place in a small fictional town in Ohio known as Alma. The grounds of this little town are blessed (or cursed) with the ancient magic of the Algonquian tribe. A handful of the humans from this town have been gifted an innate ability to transform into their spirit animal. While some have been gifted with such an incredibly ability, others have been damned and transform into a demonic version of their spirit animal. These are called the Wendigo.
